Scope of Work

Scheme comprises demolition of existing building and construction of a residential-led mixed-use development including residential apartments comprises of market units (228 one bedroom flats, 290 two bedroom flats, 33 three bedroom flats) (use class C3), ancillary internal residential amenity space, flexible ground floor floorspace to be used as commercial, business and service uses (use class e), drinking establishments and/or hot food take-away (sui generis), access, car and cycle parking, landscaping, public realm and all other associated works includes MVHR. This project has been designed using Building Information Modelling ( BIM ). This project also includes associated infrastructure works and access roads. Scheme also includes translucent.
