Scope of Work

The works involve the full architectural, mechanical and electrical refurbishment/upgrades for fourth floor office space (5,500ft2), at Riverside House, 2a Southwark Bridge Road, London, as noted with the tender drawings and specifications.
The contractor should include all works as outlined on the design information and also include for completing the design for the Sub Contract Design Portion
